Madeira Bay Resort is a new luxury condominium. We are one block away from John's Pass Village, one of the Gulf Coast's most popular tourist destination, including PIRATE SHIPS, DOLPHIN WATCH TOURS, CASINO BOATS, SHOPPING AND EATERIES!

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from our 5th floor unit - DIRECT WATERFRONT property on a new marina, with views of Boca Ciega Bay. We are steps away (across the street) from the beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach. We invite you to enjoy long walks along our magnificent beach, watching for dolphin that are often sighted along the shore. So much to see and do, and all within walking distance. Park your car for the week and RELAX!!!

The condominium is fully furnished, and will accommodate six people comfortably. It has three bedrooms, two full baths, fully-equipped kitchen, and spacious living room. The unit has two balconies, complete with patio furniture - one off the master bedroom, and another off the living room, both with exceptional water views.

* The master bedroom has a full bath, queen-size bed, and TV, with small table and chairs to use for business or personal paperwork.

* The second bedroom has a double bed.

* The third bedroom 2 has twin beds and cable TV.

* The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all utensils.

* The living room has a TV with DVD/VCR player.

* A second bath is adjacent to the kitchen.
