This gorgeous and bright apartment is located in the heart of Seville, in the historic area, one of the most monumental and Europe.

 Our magnificent building at Santa Clara 72, whose type of barnyard residents, with outbuildings turning around courtyards, popular tradition of the twentieth century, with its elegant facade dating from its origins in 1912, makes staying in a historic space converges , which is part of the catalog of the Andalusian heritage and Seville.

 The building has been Refurbished in 2009, the owners, family of architects and interior designers who have managed to converge original materials as a combination of marble, wooden beams, metal, with other avant-garde such as Venetian plaster, monolayers, and trendy design and consistent with the XXI century.

It is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to prepare and enjoy your own food. A large refrigerator with large capacity is perfect for us who spends more than a couple of days, so it is equipped with washing machine, with programs for all types of clothes, dishwasher, digital 4 ring hob, kettle (Kettle) ally , coffee maker, toaster, microwave grill, juicer, blender, iron, crockery, glassware and cutlery for all people as well as pots, pans and utensils in a state of impeccably maintained, that make this cuisine, one of the better equipped than you can find apartments.

 The two bedrooms on the lower floor of the duplex, are decorated with soft colors and a practical and comfortable furnishings to make them a suitable place to rest.

 The master bedroom, lit naturally, is composed of two twin beds, individual reading lights, and a large closet for your luggage and other accessories that will make your stay more comfortable (ironing board, cleaning utensils).

 The second bedroom, lit naturally through the main courtyard dating from the early twentieth century, is composed of two single beds, individual reading light, and a large closet.

 The bathroom is modern and spacious, where you can relax and enjoy a wonderful shower after a long day of sightseeing or work.

Muy confortable

El apartamento es muy amplio y luminoso. Estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que puedes visitar los monumentos más importantes a pie, sin tener que utilizar vehículos.
Si volvemos a Sevilla sin duda volveremos a este apartamento o a alguno de los que me enseñó el propietario, todos con una decoración moderna.

Nice, spacious apartment in good location

The apartment was clean, spacious and everything worked well. We were greeted on arrival by a friendly representative who answered all our questions. The apartment is in a decent location in the north of the city, a short walk into the centre but with plenty of entertainment nearby.
The only problem we had was that the broadband connection did not work and was not fixed during our stay.
Overall, would definitely recommend.

THINGS TO DO IN SEVILLE:

As found in the heart of the old town there are many things to do and see, take a stroll along the banks of the River Guadalquivir, go and see the imposing Cathedral, which is the largest Gothic cathedral in the Arab world and its tower 'LA GIRALDA'.

Other historic sites not to be missed are the Alcazar, PLAZA DE SPAIN, MARIA LUISA PARK, MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, to name a few. Take a tram ride around the sights of the city, or take a river cruise. Stroll the shops and boutiques, the leather wear on sale here is unsurpassed. Visit the local market in the Street Fair, on Thursday. A leisurely 10-minute walk from the apartment and you are at the entrance to Isla Magica theme park.

After a day you might want to go try the local cuisine at one of the many tapas bars and restaurants. By the river you will find many romantic restaurants, some of them outdoors. You can choose to dine in the center and eat while watching a traditional FLAMENCO show.

Cabaret and theater, ballet and opera can be seen in theaters, often with famous international artists.

The nightlife in the city is lively, fueled by the many bars, clubs and discos where you can continue until dawn, and then you can go try chocolate con churros, an absolute 'must'.
