  • There is a discount for bookings of 2 or more weeks, please enquire. There is a Security Deposit of £150.00/Euro 200.00 to be paid before arrival. This is returned to you after inspection of apartment and cleaning done (Standard Cleaning of two hours is included in the rental but if extra cleaning is required the charge of €15.00 ph will apply). Special rates for the Monaco GP, Christmas, Easter and Cannes Festival apply, please enquire. Linen and towels for 2 people (master bedroom) are included. Extra sets can be ordered for a small charge: sets for extra bedroom = 30.00 Euros ; linen set for the sofa-bed = 30.00 Euros; cot linen= 5.00. Guests may also bring their own linen if they wish and no extra cost will incur. All other services such as electricity, heating, water and internet access are included in the rental. Please bring your own beach towels. Please email us for the apartment's own website address. Long weekend breaks may be possible during the low season.
  • The apartment's Property Manager will meet and greet you on your arrival and explain any queries. She offers friendly, helpful service. Other services such extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged. Please enquire.

'The apartment is absolutely lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. Rachida was the perfect property manager - she was very welcoming and helpful, and it was very helpful that she spoke such perfect English!
The views from the apartment are really lovely - we have been to Beaulieu before, but I have not been able to wake up in the morning to such lovely views before - it was a real treat. We made the most of the area and had fresh baguettes and croissants each morning from the patisserie, then went for long walks around St Jean and even went swimming in the sea!
Thanks very much for all your help, and I hope to be able to arrange another trip to your apartment in the future. '

Getting away from the British weather!

This is the first time we've attempted going abroad with the kids (too young before now) and how glad we are that we did. To escape from the British summer (which was pretty poor again) to a lovely warm & sunny climate reminded myself and my wife what 'going on holiday' is meant to be about - warmth and relaxation. Beaulieu-sur-mer is a beautiful & peaceful little town on the French coast. But by being just round the corner from Nice there is plenty to do and see. The apartment is very well placed, close to the station, bus stop and supermarket and a short walk down to the beach - couldn't be better.

Lovely apartment with nice view

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this apartment as a family of five. The apartment was great: light and airy, nicely decorated in terms of colours and furniture, large rooms, clean upon arrival, everything we needed was available. The location was good, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, a good bakery and a very good supermarket 200 meters away. The owner was so very sweet and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information before arrival, flexible with check in/check out times, showing her care for the guests in the details as for instance providing lavender soaps with the towels and providing toys for the children. We would definetely go back, and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others!

Great Appartment in beautiful Beaulieu

Having previously lived in this area for two years I know just how hard it is to find good rental accommodation. This apartment is a real gem. It is spacious, light, comfortable and clean. The views are lovely and the location is great. Everything you need is a short walk away, we used to send our 9 year old boy out in the morning for croissant, it is very friendly and feels safe. Don't miss the fab fruit and veg from the market every day, or a coffee at The Grand Cafe, pizza at The Bergulan, Le Max at the Port (if you are feeling a bit posh). Children are welcome everywhere and English is widely spoken if your French isn't so good. The bus and train service to Monaco and Nice are excellent (we prefer the bus as it is every 15 minutes and you get to see more). We have 3 boys under 10 and there is so much to do, we would recommend, in Monaco: The Oceanographic, Parc des Animaux, the Car Museum, the little site seeing train and Stars and Bars for lunch (at The Port). In Nice: Parc Phoenix, explore the old town and walk along the Promenade des Anglais, shopping at Nice Etoile plus the site seeing train. Our favourite beach is at Villefranche, and this is a nice little place to explore as well. A must is the beautiful walk from Beaulieu along the coastal path to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, and the zoo at Saint Jean is lovely. If you are feeling a little adventurous you could take the train to Ventimillia in Italy for the Friday market. Eze Village is worth a visit, plateau St Michel for fabulous views (you can walk there from Beaulieu if you are feeling fit, or take the number 84 bus) ... I could go on and on - it is such a beautiful area that we shall certainly be revisiting as soon as possible.

We all loved your appartment. The location is perfect - near to the beach, close to the bus and railway station, on a level walk to the town centre and facing glorious views of the sea and mountains as far as Roquebrune. The convenience of the boulangerie, the mini supermarket and the cafes within a minute's walk and yet everything so quiet, was a bonus. The bigger shops were less than five minutes away by foot, including the large supermarket and the daily market. Ideally for us, the balcony was protected from the fierce heat of the mid afternoon sun and the air conditioning a delight. We - all five of us - were pleasantly surprised at just how spacious the appartment was: we knew it was big, just not that big! I looked up booking for Xmas but someone else got there first - lucky them! I would recommend your appartment to all. Albert and family
