Pamper yourself and the family in the elegantly appointed home and the beauty and tranquility of the Cape without leaving the property. Enter the house and the breathtaking view of Grand Cove greets you in the foyer. Turn right and you will enter the large formal living room that overlooks the Grand Cove. The decor in the living room helps you to relax and enjoy your stay. The other side of the foyer consists of an open floor plan which includes the Gourmet kitchen, large dining room that seats ten people and a large family room that has another flat screen TV with DVD & VCR. Even while you are cooking for the family you don’t have to miss out on the fun. All these living areas have sweeping views of the Grand Cove. Nice retreat

Beautiful private house.  Close to the beaches & village.  Bay is nice; we really enjoyed the deck/view; kids really enjoyed fishing for minnows with their nets from the dock.  Beach is OK - fun for the kids & the grass blocks direct access to the water.House needs minor upkeep but all in all everything was in good shape.

Thanks Alex! My family had a great time. Great location. We were no more than 10 minutes away from the bike trail, movies, mall, and many beaches. But the private dock and beach were our favorite spot. Thanks for making our vacation so great and we look forward to renting the house next year!

Great House! My friend's family and my family loved the private dock. This house had all the amenities we needed (A/C, internet, washer, dryer, etc). We were able to have a great vacation without leaving the house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. My two children especially loved the private beach and dock! It's hard to find a good vacation spot, but this house was perfect!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had rented the home to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The home worked very well for the old and the young. The children went swimming, kayaking and fished from the dock. My parents watched them from the deck on the ground floor. They had a room on the ground floor and was able to enjoy the family without having to climb stairs. The smalls kids enjoyed playing in the sand. We did not have to pack or go anywhere, instead was able to enjoy our vacation at the house. The house is spacious with two large living rooms, giving ample room for everyone. The dinning table sits 10 people allowing us all to enjoy a meal together. The house is clean and well kept. We enjoyed a memorable vacation!
