Classic, Cape-style home, just back from historic Town Cove. Asa's Landing (town landing site on the Cove, a 5 minute walk). Three quiet bedrooms sleep eight, plus child's nook upstairs for one more (three queens and three twins, all with linens, including towels). Bathroom on each floor plus huge outdoor shower, living room with fireplace, spacious and well-equipped kitchen; dining room with vaulted ceiling, sun/reading room off kitchen, with water views. Also basement laundry room. Two Cable TVs and separate viewing rooms. Local phone service. Spacious grounds feature tidy front lawn, private backyard with patio grill. Graveled parking for four cars, and indoor storage for kayaks and bicycles. New washer/dryer, gas stove, and fridge. All the best amenities for comfortable year-round living. Equidistant from both Skaket (bay) and Nauset Beaches(ocean). Don't forget your surfboard! Boston is only 90 minutes away. 24/7 property manager. Four shopping centers a five minute drive away.

Resources convenient to the house include the world-renowned Skaket and Nauset beaches, Asa's Landing on Town Cove (three minute walk), two shopping centers, the Cape Bicycle Trail, boat charters, tennis courts, golf courses, Orleans Park (site of free Cape Cod League baseball games), many outstanding restaurants, a health food store, an amazing fruit/vegetable market (Fancy's), and the famous Sundae School for the best ice cream. Provincetown is 40 minutes away, Hyannis 20. Ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket depart Hyannis and Wood's Hole daily for day or overnight island hops. Boston is a reasonable 90 minutes away for 'Beantown' touring. More pictures available via email.
