This traditional Cape house was built in 1850 and has all the charm of old New England combined with modern amenities and touches. Situated on 4 acres in one of the most desirable areas of Deer Isle, 1850 House is well situated to take advantage of ocean, islands, galleries and restaurants. A deserted beach is just a quarter mile away from the deck off the back of the house.
