Camp is located 150 feet from Lake Champlain. Private lake access with nice beach, beautiful sunset, big lot (30,000 sq ft). We ask that the cottage be left as it is found. Will not be held responsible for any accidents should they occur.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and again have not been dissappointed. The owners could not be more gracious the place is kept imaculate. The cottage is centrally located to all points in the northern part of Vt and only 5-10 mins to Canada for some of the most serene sites one could wish to see. Apple orchards and daires for children to see. The cheeses and wines are the best to be found. I will be back next year. Thank you Bernard and Margo.

This is a wonderful place to stay quite and well taken care of.The view of the lake is breathtaking.The place was spotless all you have to bring are your linens. The owners could not be more friendly or caring. I will certainly stay there again. Thank you Bernard.
