Lake Wallenpaupack Vacation Rental cottage

The house is on the lake with over 130 feet of shoreline less than 50 feet from the back door. It is on the NE side of the lake off Rt. 507 near the intersection of Rt. 6. It is on a point and surrounded on three sides with water. There are broad views of the lake from both the house and the deck where you can enjoy the view of the water or the magnificent sunsets. The yard is mostly natural, foliated with trees and mountain laurel. The property itself slopes gently towards the lake and has a small set steps leading down to the water and dock. Our dock is a 'T' shaped dock approximately 40 feet long w/ an 8' x 12' platform at the end and a swim ladder. The water depth at the end of the dock is 12-15. Boats can be moored at the dock or on the mooring buoy further out. There is a public ramp directly across the lake from the house. It is an excellent boat ramp maintained by PPL. Once launched, there is plenty of room at the house to park a trailor.
