Lakefront cottage with over 130 feet of shoreline is on a point and surrounded on three sides with water. It offers spectacular views of the lake that can be enjoyed from the house, deck, or patios, and has an easy walk to the lake. There are also magnificent sunsets across the water. There is a large private dock where you can moor your boat, swim, fish, or watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. There are large windows facing the lake and a sliding glass door to a deck overlooking the lake. The upper level has 3 bedrooms. The lower level has a fourth bedroom and family room. Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen on the entry level. There is an HDTV in the living room and color TV in the family room, HD cable, DVD & VCR players, telephone, washer/dryer, and a gas barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The house is also supplied with blankets, pillows, movies, magazines, and games.

The house is on the lake with over 130 feet of shoreline less than 75 feet from the back door. It is on the NE side of the lake off Rt. 507 near the intersection of Rt. 6. It is on a point and surrounded on three sides with water. There are broad views of the lake from both the house and the deck where you can enjoy the view of the water or the magnificent sunsets.

The yard is mostly natural, foliated with trees and mountain laurel. The property itself slopes gently towards the lake and has a small set steps leading down to the water and dock.

Our dock is a 'T' shaped dock approximately 40 feet long w/ an 8' x 12' platform at the end and a swim ladder. The water depth at the end of the dock is 12-15. Boats can be moored at the dock or on the mooring buoy further out. There is a public ramp directly across the lake from the house. It is an excellent boat ramp maintained by PPL. Once launched, there is plenty of room at the house to park a trailor.

There are many activities and amenities in the area. Grocery stores, drug stores, banks, sporting goods shop, boat and jet ski rentals, video rentals, gift stores, marinas, boat launches, and hardware stores are within a 5 minute drive. Movie theaters and discount stores are within a 15 minute drive. Outlet stores and AAA baseball are 45 minutes away. The summer offers great fishing, boating, and swimming. The house is close to antique shops, restaurants, golf course, nature trails, hiking, biking, and fun parks. Fall offers the foliage, excellent fishing, antiquing, hiking, and dining. In the winter, there are five major ski resorts within a 45 minute drive, snowmobile trails, ice fishing, ice boating, or just quiet afternoons by the fire.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Yuo can't go wrong renting this lovely home. Place was clean and well maintained, GREAT customer service, lots of info about the area. We we well taken care of!

Great for Families

This was the second year we rented this cabin. Our teenage kids loved the place and demanded we return! On the lake, close enough to town, firepits (2), and plenty of space. Cabin is well maintained and clean. Dock was recently upgraded, which my boat appreciated as well. Can't go wrong!
