Charming spot

my family and i had a great july week in this townhouse. we spent the days at the beach, at the go-kart park near the bourne bridge and fishing off the bridge in the nearby pond. at night, the nearby popponesset marketplace has miniature golf and live bands. the famous four seas ice cream shop and the general store (gift shop) in centreville is a twenty minute drive away. marconi beach national seashore and a drive-in theater in wellfleet are 45 minutes away.
the townhouse sleeps four people. the property is well-maintained with nice appliances, an outdoor grill, washer/dryer and cable television. everything is clean. notes at different parts of the house (use the calling card, have a great time, etc.) make staying there easy. The owner checks her email regularly and is very responsive to questions.
the cape is growing, with nice shopping areas nearby at maushop commons and two nice grocery stores (roche bros. and a new stop n shop). the area has great bike trails and people love to jog. what a nice community. this townhouse has a partial view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony.
some tips: don't answer the phone, it is always a sales call; on your way to the cape, drive over the bourne bridge after 2:00 pm to avoid peak traffic; the formerly upscale popponesset inn nearby has slipped -- crowds put up with tatty decor and food from sysco -- go to the popponesset marketplace "Raw Bar" restaurant for fresh, gigantic lobster rolls and good clam chowder.
