Listen to the loons and enjoy beautiful sunsets over China Lake from the deck of this spacious four bedroom, year-round lakeside split-level house. Private 1 1/2 acre lot, 150' shorefront with dock, raft and canoe. Large yard with picnic tables and a basketball half-court. The main level of the house has three bedrooms, a full bath with washer and dryer, living room, large fully equipped kitchen and dining room with sliders to deck overlooking the lake. The lower level has a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (four bunks), a den with a second TV & VCR, a bathroom with shower, and a game room with a ping-pong table. Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Nearest Beach: beach at 30.0 Miles
Only 15 minutes from Augusta and Interstate 95, China Lake boasts a large nature preserve and reservoir for nature lovers (a pair of Bald Eagles nests here) as well as a large area of the lake that is available for water skiing and other activities. Fishing is excellent and there is a public boat launch. Several golf courses are within 15-30 minutes, 35 minutes to Belfast and all the antique shops along Rte 1 to Searsport, 45 minutes to Camden/Rockport and an easy day trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park (bring your bikes and hiking shoes).
