Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Apartment with front and full view of the sea and the pool area, in one of the most elegant and luxurious buildings of Ibiza (Ibiza Royal Beach) with amazing pool, private beach and concierge service 24/7, situated at the beginning of Playa d'En Bossa, at only 1 mile from Ibiza Town, close to Ushuaia and Space. The luxury apartment has 3 double bedrooms: 2 with queen size beds (in one of them it's possible to have twin beds) and one with a bed of 140 cm, a large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath tub), a separate fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. From the living room, the master bedroom and the private terrace you have front and full view of the sea and pool area. The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer, safe, stereo hi-fi with I pod player, free wi-fi, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer. A grocery store, bars and restaurants are at walk-able distance. Ibiza town is easily reachable by car/taxi in 5 minutes or by ferry in less than 10 minutes. Ferries for Ibiza town and Formentera leave from the dock at few meters from the private beach. For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of the 25% of the total cost of the rental is required in advance (at the moment of the booking). The balance of the rental will be paid on arrival. Rental period can start and finish any day of the week. Minimum stay: 3 nights; however from May to the beginning of October a longer stay may be required ( 5 nights) if a week-end is included in the stay. In some cases a 6/7 nights may be required in peak season if a week end is included in the stay.

Rates are intended per apartment per night, up to 6 people, and include taxes.

Stunning Apartment

This apartment is simply stunning. I stayed here for 4 nights with 5 friends for my friends 40th birthday. We had wanted somewhere luxurious for this special occasion and that is what we got. The pool area is gorgeous and there was also unexpected waiter service from the beautiful bar next door which was great. I will definitely be coming back again.

We absolutely loved staying here, apartment was exactly as the photos- luxurious and well appointed. Communal areas are spotless and well maintained. close by are ferry to formentera, car hire offices and a Spar, It's quiet but close to everything- highly recommend.

BEST VALUE AT ROYAL BEACH

That was the 3rd time we stayed at the Royal Beach, and this apartment is absolutely the best in terms of value,view and luxury/design furniture. The managers/owners are really friendly and always ready to help you if you need.

Moreover they charge less compared to similar apartments in the same complex and from this apartment you can enjoy a full view of the sea; in the other 2 apartments we stayed, the sea view was only partial (but prices were higher!) They also allow shorter stays than 1 week and we've already booked for next year!

Amazing Apartemnt

This luxury apartment is really amazing and the area is great as well.

I booked this apartment twice last year:

I stayed here in June with my friends and in September with my family...I enjoyed both the holidays!

The apartment is located at the beginning of Playa D'en Bossa in an elegant building, with the access to an amazing pool and a private beach (note that there is a private dock here, where we took the ferry for Ibiza town) .

The building is safe for the kids and there is concierge service 24/7.

The location of the apartment is perfect, everything is at walkable distance as grocery stores, restaurants etc. etc... and the area surrounding the building is quiet as the closest clubs as Space, Bora Bora and Ushuaia are far 10 minutes by foot.

The accommodation is fully equipped and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay (complete kitchen, tasteful furniture with all the utensils and washing facilities).

The apartment has a stunning sea views and I enjoyed eating out on the private terrace overlooking the ocean and the beautiful pool.

what else? I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

The Royal Beach Apartment is stuated at the beginning of Playa d'En Bossa in the most luxurious building of the Island (Ibiza Royal Beach) with private beach, impressive pool and concierge 24/7.
