Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Affordable yet Priceless View overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from Little Hickory Island. Leave the cold weather and snow behind and come to the warm, calm beaches of Southwest Florida! The Beach and Tennis Club of Bonita Springs is located right across the street from the beach. You can walk the beach looking for shells or just bask in the warm sun lying on the white sand beach or swim in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Beach and Tennis Club has two heated pools, 10 Har-Tru tennis courts(pay to play), a reasonably priced family restaurant and many outdoor recreations. Public trolleys run every 20 minutes for only $.25 per ride and can take you past Lover's Key Park, which is the 4th best beach in Florida, on it's 8 mile way to Fort Myers Beach. Or, take it the other way to do some shopping in Bonita.

This 5th floor condo has a view of the sparkling gulf and of the quiet back bay area. A Laundry, Real Estate Office, and Hair Salon are in the building. A family restaurant is on the premises and many other wonderful restaurants are nearby. The area is a shopper's paradise with the new Coconut Point Mall a few miles away and other various stores and flea markets nearby.

20% of the total amount is due when booking the dates. The rest of the money is due 30 days before the arrival date along with a $250 damage deposit (which will be returned within 2 weeks after your last occupancy date if no damage was found).
