This studio has just been completely renovated to a very high standard of amenities and design on two levels, with a bright and contemporary style for this classic ‘atelier’ setting. In a very quiet and historic courtyard, the apartment is a safe and private haven, with great charm. There is a certain magic in its timeless setting; a quiet oasis in the middle of the busy city. The fully equipped apartment comprises 34sqm on two levels, but feels like a small house thanks to a splendid 5-meter ceiling at the entrance.
This courtyard is located in a block of buildings, hidden in the shadow of its big linden tree, with an authentic and well- preserved architecture. It recalls the glory-days of the artistic life of Montparnasse at the end of 19th and early 20th centuries.

Our studio (atelier No. 9), was the atelier and home of the painter and sculptor Louis Bresson (1896-1983) whose works are celebrated in a museum in his hometown of Rosieres in the Ardeche.
