Good value...good home
We rent twice a year at Folly, this was the first time renting from Home Away and we would rent through them again. The owners answered every email back immediately,answered all of our questions and made the process seamless. The house is as it is represented in the pictures, the yard was more than adequate for our dogs, the elevator was a blessing and the beach is right across from the house. The set up of the house allowed us to have 3 couples, one single son and 3 grand kids. The loft upstairs is great for kids! Two sets of bunk beds and enough room for the kids to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked, we did not need to bring any extra pots or pans. Most rentals at Folly have older noisy appliances, NOT this one. We ran the washer, dryer and dishwasher at the same time and did have to turn up the TV. We had a small repair issue while there, one text which was answered right away and the owner had a plumber out on a Friday night within an hour or so. We have rented from owners who have not returned calls for 48 hours and once when renting from one of the bigger property management companies, the heat went out while we were there on December 24 and they asked us if we could wait until after Christmas!
Theowners answer all emails, calls and text. They take care of their property and their guest.
