Enjoy the convenience of being located in the heart of Waterville Valley, just a short walk to all of Waterville Valley's activities, shopping and dining. Or hop on the free shuttle bus just outside your door for a ride to the ski area or anywhere in the Valley. The well-appointed kitchen includes microwave, disposal, blender, waffle maker, electric mixer, two sets of flatware, dishes for 12, lots of cupboard space, and a plethora of culinary utensils and cookware. DSL Internet service, linens and firewood are supplied.

The Town of Waterville Valley: Waterville Valley is a unique resort town surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest. Just steps from the door of the condo are hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country ski trails, mountain streams, and everything the national forest has to offer (including the views, of course!).

A shuttle bus runs every 10-20 minutes throughout the town, so you don't need to use a car unless you go the nearby attractions in the Lincoln or Franconia areas.
Activities in the Valley: On one side of Town Square is a pond with beach and boating; on the other side kids will love the Super Park which features a skateboard and in-line skate park and BMX track. A renowned 9-hole golf course and 18 clay tennis courts are within walking distance. The White Mountain Athletic Club (a very short walk away) offers indoor tennis and racket courts, indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, massage therapists, a weight room, a cardio workout facility, a game room for kids, and movie rentals.
We have loved Waterville Valley since our first visit in the late '70's. We bought our condo in 1999 and spent almost every weekend there in the winters, plus as much of the summers as we could while our kids were young. Now that my children are adults, we continue to spend fun family times there in all seasons.

When searching for a second home in the Valley, I knew that the goal was to spend quality time with family and friends, and therefore we would need extra bedrooms for company and extended family. The layout of this condo lends itself to large multi-generational family groups - the open living areas and tucked-away sunroom make it perfect for relaxing stays.
We had a wonderful stay. The condo is clean well furnished and plenty of room for the seven of us. It is also a short walk to the rec center, pool and in town. Lori is also very easy to work with. I would definity stay here again if we ever head back to WV.
The condo is well furnished and conveniently located. Two families stayed and had enough room to relax and enjoy themselves. Being within walking distance of town square is also very nice. All in all we couldn't have asked for much more, it was a great place to stay and the owners were very attentive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this condo again! Cheers
Comfortable, warm, cozy place - spacious, great fireplace, large kitchen, easy to find. Walking distance to the athletic center which is a nice plus (hot tubs there).
We rented this beautiful condo in July 2011 for 1 week. It was
very spacious with 5 levels, we all had our privacy, yet we all
would gather for dinner in the dining/living area. I loved the
private deck on the 3rd level! Everything you could ask for
was there, we didn't need to bring anything! The condo is
immaculate, and Lori was always available if I needed to
ask her something. It is situated in a great spot. We walked
to town square everyday, there is also a trolley you can hop
on to if you don't feel like walking. Corcoran's pond/beach
area is a great place for the kids, they loved it! we were there
for the 4th of July, and they have a great fireworks display and
parade. lots to do for kids at the rec. center, We love wv valley
because it is a safe place for all to enjoy. We will def. rent
this condo again! I would highly recommend it!
It's like a tree house! The deck is large and surrounded by the tree tops. The kids bedrooms are on the lower two levels, the master is on the very top. In between are a lovely sun room and living room and kitchen, all surrounded by windows and tree tops. The condo is clean and comfortable. It's our favorite condo in the valley.
Whether it was be quiet solitude of a lesiurely stroll navigating the scenic trails or just sitting back enjoying your favorite author while breathing in the magnificent beauty of this vacation spot, vacationers here are invited to embrace a magical tour of activities that persons of all ages will enjoy.
Within the townhouse, we were provided a selection of DVD's for all ages as well as family orientated board games for unwinding after a day of sight seeing or boating. All the comforts of your "home away from home" were available.
We felt welcomed and relaxed. The townsfolk go the extra step to insure you enjoy your stay and are a pleasure to chat with as well.
Our vacation was too short this year, as time restraints prohibited many of events we would have liked to have been a part of. Albeit,we look forward to a return visit here next year!
Waterville Valley is a unique community surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest and nestled between 4,000 foot peaks in the White Mountains. Outside your doorstep you'll find opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, and fishing, as well as downhill and cross-country skiing. Over 100 miles of maintained trails crisscross the Waterville Valley region. Miles of downhill and cross-country mountain biking routes are served by a chair lift (bike rentals available).

Other Activities: There are miles of groomed XC ski trails and unlimited snowshoeing opportunities outside the door.
Golf: Waterville Valley’s historic golf course is less than a mile from our door. A major renovation in 2005 retained the character and tradition of the 113-year-old course, and created six spectacular new and redesigned holes. The par 30 layout with three par-4 holes provides a challenging golf experience for players of all abilities.
Ski: Waterville Valley Ski Resort is serviced by a shuttle bus that stops right outside our condo. This popular ski are offers affordable skiing and snowboarding as well as many family-friendly lift and lodging packages, and season passes.
