This beautifully decorated home is a short walk to the beach or marina. Only minutes to shopping or downtown historic Charleston; built in 2000 with all heart of pine hardwoods, 9 foot smooth ceilings, comfortable large bedrooms and an expansive open main floor for socializing or family fun. A sun deck provides scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Island. Two large porches (one screened) with swings and seating. Go to the beach or enjoy sunning and swimming in our Private Pool. In the Wildwood area of Isle of Palms (steps from Wild Dunes Golf course) with great homes, clean beaches and lots of palms. Close enough to hear the ocean and feel the breezes. Ocean views from sun deck. Large garage can be locked with plenty of open storage. Hot and cold outside shower for rinsing off sand before jumping into the pool. Children's games and beach toys. You will love our house. If you like to explore the island, we suggest you rent a golf cart (we have one available for $250/week located at the house)or bikes for access to Wild Dunes, and Isle of Palms Marina (restaurant, kayak/canoe rentals).

Golf: Numerous Pristine Golf courses in the area. Golf in South Carolina is inexpensive and the courses are immaculate. If you want to play the best courses, visit us and you'll come back again and again. We can get you package deals through a local Island Realty company.

Just got home today. We had such a wonderful trip. Thanks so much for sharing your adorable home with our family. This house is such a great house for families. Our children enjoyed the pool and roof top deck so much. We had two really rainy days (actually hurricane Alberto) but no problem - we played ping pong in the garage and enjoyed playing board games in the spacious family room. The house is decoreted so festive - it has a Disney feel to it - this is such a great vacation spot - Thanks again!

This house made for the perfect Charleston vacation. The location was wonderful, being a couple of blocks from the beach and only about 15 mins to downtown. The open floorplan and huge, fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain ourselves without even leaving the house. The pool was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach and the porches were perfect for lounging in the evening. We are already planning our next trip to this incredible vacation home!

This house was perfect for our family. Our three daughters and I had PLENTY of space in the three bedrooms downstairs, and my parents were very comfortable upstairs. With the pool right there, we hardly had to leave the house, but we all enjoyed the two-block walk to the beach. I look forward to staying here again next year! Thanks so much!

Your wonderful beach house was a real pleasure to visit - perfectly equipped and all the website promised. The beach (very short walk and thanks for the use of the wagon!) and the pool kept us all refreshed and relaxed. Our first time booking a house online and you made it so simple and straightforward. We hope to return to #17 Sand Dollar Drive one day.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It easily accommodated all 10 of us. The pool was great and really refreshing. We took advantage of the grill, the beach chairs and the bikes! We especially liked sitting on all of the decks and enjoying the different views of the neighborhood and the view of the ocean from the 3rd floor deck - it was strange how that owl never moved (ha!). We went to several of your restaurant recommendations and especially liked Sullivan's Seafood and The Boathouse! Overall - a great place on a great island! We'll be recommending to our friends and family!! Thanks for sharing your home!
