It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, hotels, theater, or shopping and a quick drive to golf, tennis, the Everglades, or Naples. You can fish or boat off the dock; relax in the heated pool with waterfall and its own separate bathroom; or just lounge on the lanai and enjoy the view. Master suite has private access to the lanai and pool; 3 more master bedrooms each with their own bath; and a fifth bedroom for extra guests. It features a large living room, upstairs media room, and second floor deck all directly overlooking the water, and an occasional visit from a dolphin or manatee.
