Comfortable lakefront camp on a quiet dead-end road (5 minutes from Plattsburgh). Deck overlooking the bay, large yard adjoining a forever wild area (ducks, geese and other wildlife). Nice place to relax and enjoy your spring, summer, or autumn vacation.

Enjoy a vacation on picturesque Lake Champlain and visit historic Plattsburgh, NY. Bike, hike, golfing, fishing, sailing, snorkelling, boating and canoeing. Less than 1 hour drive to Montreal, Quebec with all it's offerings. A 5 min drive to the Grand Isle ferry brings you to Vermont with Burlington a short drive away. There's always the quaint winter Olympic village of Lake Placid with activities all year round with an hour's drive. Fort Ticonderoga within 1 1/2 hours is open all summer to visitors. Westport and Essex to the south have summer theaters to enjoy. The Mayor's Cup sail regatta sponsored by the City of Plattsburgh is a popular week of sailing and landlubber activities for all.
