Ideal for surfers & families wanting a beach holiday with the attractions of Cornwall and easy access to the excellent facilities Newquay provides. 5 minutes walk from the beach, you can sit with a drink on the sofa watching for the best surf conditions. Internet TVs and a well equipped kitchen will provide for a comfortable and relaxing break. Ideal as an off-season getaway.

Outstanding 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House in gated executive development, only just available for this season due to complete refurbishment. The property consists of a large lounge dining area with double windows and Juliet balcony to uninterrupted views of Fistral beach and the surrounding coast. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with views overlooking the beach, two additional double/twin bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with jacuzzi bath, downstairs shower room, utility room with washer, dryer, additional fridge freezer and custom designed wetsuit drying area. To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front. Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk and town centre 15 minutes walk. The property has full broadband internet access and two high spec LED Internet connected TVs in the lounge dining room and downstairs bedroom/den.
