Comfortable and quiet two bedroom ranch. Gourmet kitchen, new bath, spa like outdoor shower and fire pit. There is a shaded deck and sunporch. Cable television, phone and internet access provided. The house is located on a private road. Dennis Conservation Lands are a short walk away. Flax Pond is in walking distance and is a great place to swim, sunbathe or fish. Dogs are permitted at Flax Pond. The bicycle path is one block away that can take you to the rail trail, Dennisport village, Follins pond or the beach. The house has a fairly large fenced yard, perfect for the pups. Small cutting garden and fire pit for roasting franks or making smores.

Notes: Pretty house, the kitchen and bathroom was just remodeled with all the amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, ice maker. There is a new outdoor shower. The deck is shaded by the many trees on the lot. The lot is fenced in if you'd like to bring your pet. Fire pit provided for evening campfires.

My fiancee and I stayed at the house with our two dogs and it was everything we expected. Very cozy with all the amenities as described, and the kitchen and bathroom being new was a plus. We did some walking, antique-ing, nice leisurely rides up and down 6A and just plain relaxing. Some of the spots we particularly liked for dinner were Planck's Tavern/Oliver's, Scargo Cafe was great and for a splurge we went to Blue Moon Bistro one night and it was excellent. Peterson's Market was a great spot to pick up groceries, liquor and pre-made meal items (ribs, chicken and things like shepherd's pie) with a different selection daily. The owner was very attentive to our needs and made sure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We would definitely go back and plan to, maybe even in the fall. Great place for bringing your doggie pals along.

We rented this home for a week in April. The house is great ... clean, warm, cozy, with all the comforts of home. Back yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to the bayside beaches and a short drive to West Dennis Beach on the ocean side. It's right in the middle of all the great attractions, but it's out of the way so you will be in a quiet neighborhood. We loved this place and would definitely rent there again.

If you like the beaches on the bayside and peace and quiet, this should be your summer rental.
I was there the week of July 4th and enjoyed myself immensely. I prefer Mayflower beach and it is a short ride away. Right off of 6A, no traffic nightmares! Restaurants close by as well.
Clean, with a new kitchen, sunporch and patio.

The house is clean and comfortable. We spent our evenings reading and playing games on the screened in porch. The fenced in yard is ample and perfect for kids and dogs.
We plan to rent it again.
