Homey apartment with 3 bedrooms for 7 persons in Sotogrande

Our apartment is situated in the small community housing 'Casas Cortijo' in the northern part of the urbanization, perfect to let your children run loose and have a nice holiday yourself!

WIth a peaceful walled community pool at arm's length (always guarded entrance and locked at night), beautiful grass and garden surroundings with little pathways. The apartment is part of the patio "El Capataz 'on the one side and looks out over famous Valderrama Golf Course on the other side of the apartment. The 230m2 comprise of: entering into with small hallway on the right and through the kitchen to the left and behind entrance a large living / dinging room and terrace.

It has 3 bedrooms each with bathrooms and sleeps 7. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor (sleeps 2), the childrens' room on the ground floor (sleeps 3) and the guest room on the ground floor (sleeps 2 & cot). And of course the apartment has air conditioning.

The rest of the urbanization is very peaceful and pleasant too, the beach is at 10 minutes drive through the urbanization by car or moped.

It is best to have a car to do some road tripping around the beautiful area, with Castellar, Tarifa, Ronda, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Gibraltar close by at 30min to 1.5 hour distance.

Founded in 1962 by American Joseph McMicking, Sotogrande is a uniquely well kept urbanization in the South of Spain, near Estepona (1.5 hrs from Malaga Airport, 30 minutes from Gibraltar), with a warm climate all year round.
