This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located on Night Heron Park, a great location for families. The 24 acre park hosts many activities for children, teens, and adults. It includes a playground, nature center, picnic area, and many social events for the entire family. The back of our villa steps right on to the park with plenty of space for children to run and play. It is also in close proximity to the beach (7 minute walk), tennis, the Sanctuary, and East Beach Town Center. Our guests will enjoy a completely stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, new hardwood flooring, newly remodeled master bathroom, and tasteful decorating throughout. The outside of our villa features a covered deck and screened-in porch outfitted for casual dining. Also included is high speed wireless internet access and High Definition large screen plasma TV. Kiawah is an awesome vacation destination with 10 miles of pristine beach and 30 miles of paved bike paths that wander through breathtaking natural island landscape.
We purchased our villa in March of 2003 after spending many wonderful vacations with our family on Kiawah Island. We have lived in many areas of the country (Kentucky, Ohio, New York, and now North Carolina), but we always returned to Kiawah as our favorite vacation destination. If you are a first time visitor, we are sure you will also love Kiawah Island and the beautiful natural Island landscape. It is so much different than the other over-developed beach communities on the east coast! Development and preservation of nature is strictly controlled, something that you will really come to appreciate as you bike along the 30 miles of paved paths available to you or stroll along the 10 miles of pristine beachfront. Of course if you are a golfer, there are the 5 championship golf courses on the island, including the famed Ocean Course, home of the 2012 PGA Championship.

Comment from Guestbook in Villa:
We came to the US from England 3 years ago and currently live in Princeton, New Jersey. Kiawah Island is beautiful, particularly the unspoiled beaches. We enjoyed exploring the whole area by bike and also strolling around Charleston in the evening. The accomodations were lovely and very comfortable, catering to all our needs. Thank You.
