This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located on Night Heron Park, a great location for families. The 24 acre park hosts many activities for children, teens, and adults. It includes a playground, nature center, picnic area, and many social events for the entire family. The back of our villa steps right on to the park with plenty of space for children to run and play. It is also in close proximity to the beach (7 minute walk), tennis, the Sanctuary, and East Beach Town Center. Our guests will enjoy a completely stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, all new hardwood flooring, and tasteful decorating throughout as well as a covered deck and screened-in porch outfitted for casual dining. Also included is high speed wireless internet access. Kiawah is an awesome vacation destination with 10 miles of pristine beach and 30 miles of paved bike paths that wander through breathtaking natural island landscape. Your vacation on the island will be an unforgettable experience.

This was a wonderful villa! It was as close to being @ home with all it had to offer. Amenities were great since we had a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bed, and 2 bath. The owners of the villa were very pleasant and willing to answer all questions I had. The villa smelled very nice when we arrived and was extremely clean as well. I loved that it was right by the bike path and you could walk out onto Night Heron Park. I also liked the screened in porch to eat meals on. I would highly recommend this villa!
