Beautiful newer custom build home on ocean side in quiet neighborhood at end of cul-de-sac. Large rooms with all amenities. Enjoy sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the birds and watching the beacon of light from the lighthouse. Some days you can even hear the ocean. Sliders from dining area and first floor master bedroom suite lead to wrap-around deck. Hardwood floors, kitchen island. Two huge bedrooms on second floor. Partial finished basement with ping-pong table. Two TVs, 1 VCR, 1 DVD. Only 1.5 miles to Nauset Light Beach. Bike trail is at the end of street. Two car attached garage makes loading and unloading a breeze and allows for storage of bikes and beach accessories.

We just returned from our stay with our two children and found the home and area to be wonderful. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked and the location is close to many different ocean and bay beaches. We purchased a National Seashore year pass which made it possible to explore 8 Nationals Seashore locations up and down the coast. Well worth the nominal fee.
The owner is very organized and provides great information to help plan your trip.
