4 Bedrooms, Sleeping 8, In The Centre Of Brockenhurst

Forest Glade enjoys elegant Edwardian proportions, the high-ceilings of the ground floor rooms giving a light and spacious feel. The decor is contemporary with pale wood floors with a subtle colour palette used throughout the property.

Sleeping up to eight people, the four-bedroom house is well appointed and offers every modern convenience – wireless broadband throughout, spacious living areas, four bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms and TV, radio and iPod docks in every bedroom.

There are landscaped gardens to the front and rear of the house, with parking for three cars in the drive.

Living area

The living room at the front of the house is large and very light, with bay windows on two sides, all fitted with wooden plantation shutters. Two large sofas and an easy chair provide plenty of comfortable seating. There is a TV (with Freeview) and DVD player. Glazed French doors allow in yet more light, and these lead into the dining area.

Cooking & dining

The dining area and kitchen form one large, light open-plan space. The dining area has an expanse of windows with French doors leading into the garden. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with cutlery and crockery for eight, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob and a host of gadgets and appliances. Immediately off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier with useful space for leaving walking gear and other outdoor equipment.

Ground floor toilet

There is a toilet and hand basin under the stairs off the main hallway.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

There are four bedrooms and bath/shower rooms in Forest Glade spread over two floors, reached from the staircase in the hallway.

The gardens

Outside, there are gardens to the front and back of the house. The entrance to Forest Glade is over a cattle grid and there is room to park three cars in the drive. The front garden is landscaped with a lawn and paved path. The secluded rear garden is mainly lawn, with mature shrubs – a pleasant area to sit and relax or enjoy some outdoor dining with garden furniture for eight and a Weber gas BBQ.

Hordle Cliff, Milford on Sea

A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. A security deposit of £200 is also required 8 weeks before the holiday commences. However this increases to a £350 deposit, if we have agreed to your pet staying too.

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, BACS or cheque.

Bedroom three has a double bed and is at the rear of the house. It has an ensuite shower room. Bedroom four is on the second floor and approached by a staircase from the landing. This attractive room is tucked into the eaves and has twin beds and a small ensuite shower room - a perfect hideaway for youngsters, or anyone wanting a more secluded room.
