With a private setting on a quiet Nashaquisset cul-de-sac abutting conservation land, this sunny four bedroom, three bath home is perfect for families or couples. The property has a good-sized yard, large deck and is less than a mile from the foot of Main Street, convenient to the shuttle bus, Surfside Beach bike path and marketing. Brand new kitchen added in '08 with granite counters, SubZero and new DW. Two of the bedrooms have their own full bath, with the other two sharing a third full bath. One of the twin rooms has its own private entrance off of the rear deck.

The house is situated in the award-winning community of Nashaquisset, a family-oriented place with shell drives and beautifully maintained homes. It's a 12 minute walk or a short bike ride to town. Nantucket has it all - incredible beaches - surf on the south side of the island and calm waters of Nantucket Sound on the north. There is great fishing from the shore or hop on one of the many charters that leave from Straight Wharf. Town is a shopper's paradise plus there are art galleries galore. Check out the Nantucket Art Association's gallery on Washington Street. The shuttle bus to Surfside Beach and to Town is a short walk from the house.
