Photos and Description of the Sandestin vacation condo rental
Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This unit was updated in 2008 and redecorated again in late 2009. RENTAL OF OUR UNIT INCLUDES USE OF OUR GOLF CART, for our friends, around the property. It is a second floor, corner unit located next to the pool in Harbour Pointe at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort on Florida's Emerald Coast approximately seven miles east of Destin, Florida. Sandestin Resort has excellent restaurants, white sand beaches, shopping, tennis, golf and many other activities for children and adults. There are miles of bicycle trails and a tunnel under the highway which eliminates highway crossings if you choose to walk or ride bikes through the resort or to the beach. The Resort also has Bike rental and resort bus service. In nearby Destin, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons Mall are along the numerous other shops and restaurants in the area.

Harbour Pointe is located on the bayside of Sandestin Resort with a beautiful view of the Choctowhatchee Bay, the Marina and the Baytown Village. It also has its own private swimming pool with pool side furniture and a sun deck for sunning and relaxation directly next to our unit.

Our condominium overlooks the Fairway, the Bay (toward the Marina and Baytowne Village) and the Pool. This corner unit is unique with two decks and two large picture windows facing the Bay and Pool. It has a spacious den area with a large pull-out queen-size sectional and access to the large lounge deck. Our unit was updated in 2008 with a new modern kitchen, granite, all new appliances, separate dining area, lagre flat screen TV and many new pictures. The unit was redecorated again 2009 and contains a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, small deck access, new curtains and a master bath to die for. The second bedroom has twin beds with double closet space and separate TV. Each bedroom has its own private full size bathroom. The Unit has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET access. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. The new "look" is great!

The Condo has a large deck overlooking the Bay, Fairway and Pool with a gas grill and deck furniture for your outdoor "get-togethers." Enjoy relaxation on the deck watching all the Bay activity. This is a wonderful unit for family and friends.

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. The owner was great to work with and the golf cart we used made our stay that much better as far as convenience to everything in the resort. The condo is located right next to the private pool for the community so it's just a few quick steps to go swim. We loved sitting on the back porch and watching all the turtles and ducks in the lake. Our son loved to count how many there were! We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that are in the unit to use at the beach. The weather was great and we can't wait to go back!

We just returned from this beautiful condo centrally located in Sandestin. We had a very relaxing vacation and completely enjoyed our time here. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the gas grill, cushy dining chairs on the deck, complete set of matching designer dishes, and the abundance of coordinating towels. The closet was full of extra blankets and pillows, and the condo contained two lovely beach chairs and an umbrella. The owners have filled the condo with nice touches to make guests comfortable, and we
definitely hope to return here again. We loved sitting on the porch at night grilling dinner while watching our children swim in the pool directly beside the condo. We also enjoyed watching the Tuesday fireworks from the back deck. This is the nicest condo we have stayed at in Florida. The owners were friendly, helpful, and good at communication. We can recommend it without any reservations at all!

Beautiful property, perfect for any get-away!

My husband and I took our two children here for a week long vacation and we didn't want to leave! The condo was beautiful and it was in the perfect location. The kids loved riding in the golf cart and we loved that we never needed to take our car anywhere! The owners were excellent to work with and they even called on our first day there to make sure we found everything we needed. I have already recommended this condo to my friends and family that are wanting to visit Destin. We couldn't have been more pleased with the condo itself, the professionalism of the owners and the area of Sandestin! We will be returning!

Our best family vacation ever!

Everything was wonderful! The condo decor was beautiful, professionally decorated and entirely updated! Very clean. The location was perfect...water on 3 sides of the unit...2 large windows of this corner unit plus the master bedroom balcony wall of windows made this condo very light and spacious. The view of the pool, golf course, the bay and Baytown Wharf made having our morning coffee on the deck a real treat:) Our 8 year old said, "Mom, I will remember this vacation forever!" Fishing, golfing, riding the golf cart to the beach and over to Baytown Wharf to eat out, kayaking, jet skiing and skim-boarding on the beach for hours...our boys had a blast! We'll be back!! P.S. The owners made our experience so easy and pleasurable too.
