Maggie Valley Vacation Rental house

Thank you for sharing your warm and cozy home. It is exactly like the pictures. Great kitchen to prepare a meal with such nice dishes, pots and pans and new appliances. Centrally located to Cherokee, Ashville and Waynesville. We especially enjoyed our daily visits with the wild turkeys and chipmunks. Thanks for the dining info. We too are now regulars at Joey's Pancake House. Perhaps we will see you next year.

I had the chance to spend 3 great days in Maggie Valley at this comfortable home. The owner described the house as having tree house views. That was quite an understatement because it was as if we were inside a tree house. Everywhere we turned was beautiful lush green vegetation. Even when it rained one day, my family did not mind because we sat on the long covered porch on rocking chairs, I might add, and listened to the rain and the sound of the creek below. We were only a 5 minute drive to the center of Maggie Valley, but while home, heard nothing but the sounds of Mother Nature. There were Squirrels and Chipmunks scurrying all through the area; quite amazing if you are from the city.
Truly we enjoyed everything about this home and it was exactly as described.
All the rooms were furnished with high quality bedding and furniture. We had a TV and DVD in each bedroom and the owner added a collection of at least 75 DVDs and there was something for everyone.
We were able to visit Ghost Town which is about 10 minutes from the house, and drove to Dollywood another day, which is about one and a half hours away.
The owner suggested some very reasonable flights out of Ft. Lauderdale to Greenville/Spartanburg, S.C. on Allegiant Air. The drive was only one hour and a half each way.
We can’t wait to go back.

This home is in a most convenient location away from the noise of
Highway 19. The road up to the house is quite easy in fact there are 3 ways to get there all of them an easy climb. Once you reach the home you feel far removed from any noise and only hear the birds, and water rushing from the nearby creek. My kids had a ball climbing to the top and wanted to do it everyday, they are only 3 and 4 but climbed all the way to the top with no fear at all! Grandma was just having a heart attack! they were loving it! The house is so spacious, very very cozy and comfortable, just as you see it in the pictures, Bob and Liz did a very nice job remodeling the kitchen the tiled counters are very pretty and the new appliances were just great. We have been coming to the Waynesville area for many years
usually staying in the Waynesville area, this was our first time in Maggie
Valley which really is so close and convenient to everything that we didn't
mind not being in our usual location. We will return soon for another stay,
Try it you will not be disappointed it's a great house and the owners are super to work with!
