3 Bedroom, 10 person maximum

Our two bedroom plus loft, 3 level, 1200 sq. ft. condo is located a few minutes walk to the charming village of Waterville valley. The views of mounts Osceola and Tecumseh, two 4000 ft. mountains in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest are fantastic from the dining area and deck. The master bedroom located on the 2nd level is appointed with a comfortable queen size canopy bed, TV and VCR and skylight to let the cool mountain breezes lull you to sleep. Adjacent to the master bedroom, the master bath is complete with a jetted tub. The 1st floor bedroom includes a full size and twin beds and the loft contains two twin beds and a skylight. The dining open to the fireplaced living room seat 6-8. The living area has a cathedral ceiling complete with a full size sleep/sofa, TV, DVD player, VCR, CD player and stereo.

Nearest Airport : Manchester Airport at 60 Miles

We are located a few minutes walk from the Waterville valley town square where one can find shopping, entertainment and fine dining. The town square has a pond complete with beach and watercraft rentals. The town square also has a skate board park and indoor ice skating rink. Other in town recreational opportunities include 16 clay tennis courts (ranked in top 50 by tennis magazine) as well as a health club complete with indoor and outdoor pools, indoor tennis, squash and racquetball courts, weight room and cardio facility.

If wilderness activities are for you the mad river runs a stones throw away from your front door providing ample opportunities for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Waterville valley is located in the heart of the white mountain national forest with hiking, mountain and rock climbing at your doorstep. In fact just a few minutes walk from your door you can access trails to three 4000+ foot mountains that surround the village.

I would highly recommend this place!

The place is great for the price. The kitchen had everything I needed. There are lot's of clean towels and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room to watch TV and play games at the table.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
