Reeee..laxing stay walking distance to the beach...just what we needed!
We lived 45 minutes from St. Augustine 3 years ago. Returning home to visit family and friends was GREAT, but it sure made it even better at this condo at the beach! Condo was fully equipped, including little items you would most certainly forgotten to bring yourself (like a wine bottle opener, for example). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, modern decor, VERY clean, plenty of towels, pool just seconds from the back door and the beach about a minute walk made this a perfect place to stay. Condo IS quiet - nothing to take away from a peaceful stay. The only thing it lacked was "amenities" such as tennis courts and work out facilities if you need that stuff. We were looking to decompress, not go on a fitness retreat so these were not missed. Could use a couple more outdoor grills, but still had no trouble accessing them when we need to. Also needed grill tools, but we made do with what we had.
Just minutes from stores, shopping, restaurants and the Old Town and tourist stops. Anastasia side keeps you out of the crowded areas further north. If you golf, I HIGHLY recommend the St. Johns Golf and Country Club course nearby! Priced like a "duffer's" course, but it's a PGA qualifiers course and is ran and looks like one!
Great location - peaceful setting - beach life - clean, modern condo - and GREAT owners easily contacted made this a very stress-free stay!
