Enjoy the very best in this newly finished, top-class townhouse, located just off Clifden’s main square, in the heart of Connemara. This architecturally designed and contemporary townhouse offers a stylish and unique alternative to other accommodation in the area. It provides comfortable and

luxurious surroundings as a base from where to enjoy your stay in Clifden. The location alone is a particular benefit. The townhouse overlooks Clifden Square from the living room. Thanks to clever design, the townhouse is spacious and

airy, yet also warm and inviting whatever time of year it is.

This townhouse is a luxury 3 bedroom house, with superb views and aspects. The hall and approach area is tiled in cream, with deep pile carpeted bedrooms and vintage oak wooden flooring in the living area. The living area and kitchen are open-plan and therefore bright and very spacious. The sitting area consists of a plush 4-seater sofa, 2-large bean bag seats and large Queen Anne chair. A ivory coloured traditional wood burning stove is surrounded by a black granite hearth, alongside coffee tables all on a vintage oak style wooden floor. The living area, as well as having a great view of Clifden Square from a front corner window, has a 28” plasma television screen, with a DVD player. The kitchen is completely equipped with all one might need, for cooking or entertaining. All cutlery and crockery is high quality as are the washer, drier, fridge freezer, hob, and all other modern appliances. The kitchen colour scheme is cream with a black granite counter-top providing an elegant contrast. The dining room features an 18th century antique table and chairs to seat a minimum of 6. Perfect for entertaining friends & family.

The master bedroom with its king sized timber sledge bed is decorated with golds and reds in an antique style. It is

fitted with bedside lockers and lamps, a large wardrobe and two single futon beds, if required. This room has a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also roomy, with a king size timber sledge bed. It is a bright cream and gold room which also enjoys great sunlight.

The third bedroom is equipped with good quality bunk-beds suitable for adults and children alike. These rooms can be interconnected and share the main bathroom of the house.

The townhouse has an outdoor patio area,

perfect for barbecues, picnics or a chilled wine or beer on a summer’s evening as you relax in this central yet peaceful spot. Class and quality is what sets this townhouse apart.

Clifden is the ideal place to explore Connemara from. Its many sandy beaches, walking and hiking routes are all within a few minutes drive. Other activities include pony trekking centres, Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey and it's Walled Gardens, island hopping tours and fishing trips. The outlying regions have an abundant of sandy beaches and mountain walks for you to enjoy, again, all within cycling or driving distance. There are many lively bars and excellent restaurants, literally on your doorstep. While Connemara is largely rural, the social element of the town is close by, and easily availed of from this fantastic location, so no taxis or driving will be required after a night out in Clifden, as home is only a stone’s throw away.

  • The rates quoted are fully inclusive except for utilities i.e. electricity. These are metered and charged at national domestic rates, as consumed, and are payable on departure.

    A 20 % deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of payment is due by 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 30 days prior to arrival, payment of the full rate is required.

    Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Credit card payments can be made over the phone between 10.00 and 18.00 hours.

    Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival, deposit non refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is non refundable.
    In the event that we can re sell cancelled dates, we will refund all payments less the costs of re selling or discounting the rate.
  • A security deposit will be required on arrival of €250 and can be paid in cash or by credit card. This is to cover any breakages or damage to the property. Once we agree no liabilities have occurred, your deposit will be returned to you on departure.


    All bed linen and towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, soap and shower gel will be supplied as will washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels and essential cooking ingredients i.e. oil and seasoning. Peat briquettes, logs and fire-lighters will also be made available.

    You will be met on arrival by the owners or one of their trusted staff. A member of staff will be on hand at all times in case of emergency.
