- 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths

1800 sq ft mountain cabin nestled in the trees on 1/3 acre with large deck, hot tub & dog run. 25 miles from Bear Valley Ski Resort, 5 miles from Big Trees National Forest and 15 miles from historic Murphys & Columbia. The top floor has a living room, kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and one bath. The bottom floor has a large family room with a pool table, laundry and one bedroom and bath. House has been completely remodeled. There are 2 42' LCD TVs 1 upstairs and 1 on the lower level and TVs in all bedrooms. The deck wraps around the house and has a ramp to the dog run. There is a hot tub off the master bedroom. Downstairs is a full size pool table and the house has high speed internet access. You may have use of Klines Family fitness center..

Located in the heart of the Gold Country at the 4000 ft level, Arnold is 25 miles from The Bear Valley Ski Resort and 10 minutes from the town of Murphys. There are caverns to explore, zip lines to try, and wineries to tour within 15 minutes of the home. White water rafting, hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, sledding, and golf are available. The old gold mining town of Columbia is also nearby. There are several great restaurants in the town of Arnold and numerous in the surrounding areas.

Notes: The home has 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, and 1 twin size bed. There is a large dog run with a ramp to the deck so the dog can have full access to the yard and you won't have to worry about them. There is a child's swing set on the property. The home is heated by prophane with one large wall heater upstairs e A spa is just outside the master bedroom's sliding glass door. You will have country club privileges. There are two 42' LCD TVs, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs & 1 26' LCD TV in the master bedroom. There is a pool table downstairs. The house is near Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees National Park, Columbia and Murphys. Arnold is wonderful small mountain town with all the amenities including numerous great restaurants and a large supermarket. The deck is a wonderful place to eat or just relax. It has a nice overhang so the sun doesn't hit you. Your view includes the trees and the sky. Nothing could be more peaceful. You may golf at Forest Meadows Golf Course

We found the home clean and well stocked upon arrival. Excellent child and pet friendly deck safely wraps around the home. Nice dog run for pets. Newer hot tub was warm and in good working order. We will use this property again for future trips to the mountains. Thank you very much Linda!

Girls weekend

We found the cabin to be in great shape and a lovely home. We took advantage of the hot tub, even though it was raining, and the pool table. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using the lovely deck. It was closely located to charming towns and Big Trees State Park. The dog run area would have been great if we had brought one. We had a really good time. Would love to come back again in better weather.

Great Relaxing Getaway

This was the perfect house for our family and dogs to be together. Linda has done a wonderful job decorating. It really has a relaxed cabin atmosphere. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the big deck. It was nice to see trees outside every window. We loved the large open kitchen and dinning area. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.The furniture and beds were all comfortable and there was a TV in every room. We all enjoyed the pool table and the dogs enjoyed the spacious dog run. We liked walking to town where there is a great Supermarket. Short drive to the snow. Linda was quick in answering my questions. We could not have asked for a better experience and we plaln on coming back .

Wonderful

This was our second trip to this home, it is a very warm and inviting place. It does not have a rental feel at all, it feels like home. It is perfect for a larger family and wonderful if you have a dog too. We loved sitting out on the deck for our meals, taking morning walks and relaxing by the lakes. This is truly a relaxing place to be and we plan to go back again and again!
