Notes: The home has a separate laundry room located on the lower level. We ask our Guest to wash, dry and fold all linens /towels used during their stay and leave them in the laundry room. This will greatly help the cleaning crew in 'turning' the home for the next guest in the short time allotted. **Children are welcome but please be advised that the home is multi-level with several interior and exterior staircases which do not have 'child gates', and the many decks to the home have 'pipe style' railing that may not be suitable for small children. Additionally the pool, although fenced and gated for security from trespassers, is not equipped with any 'child proof' warning system and is accessible from the rear of the home on both the first and second levels. **expanded cable and High speed internet summers only(May-October.

Outdoor Dining & Entertaining: The home has several large decks and patios for 'Al Fresco' entertaining and dining. Complete with deluxe teak individual lounges with pull-out drink trays for all guest. A complete custom teak outdoor dining set for 8 and a deluxe outdoor grilling station. Various view decks for relaxing and entertaining located on all levels of the home complete with custom seating provide a wonderful environment for grand scale entertaining or simple relaxation. Located off the pool is an outdoor private shower area as well as access to the lower level bedroom and bathroom, and the laundry room.

Gourmet Kitchen: The Home has a wonderful gourmet kitchen with wonderful pool and water views. The kitchen as every amenity and is large with a center island cooking area, double ovens, and dishwasher. The kitchen is open to both the great room with fireplace and the formal dining room. This space combines with the view decks to provide you with expansive entertaining possibilities.

garage: The home has a 2 car tandem garage, one space is available for use during the summer(we keep a truck at the house for staff/personal use). The garage is also a great place to keep your bikes during the summer. The garage is not available for use during the winter months, it is used to store the patio furniture.

Perfect fall getaway

We were looking forward to a peaceful and serene fall getaway in Ptown and got that and more!

The house was just what we had hoped for...contemporary comfort, great views, secluded, but close enough to town to get in an invigorating daily stroll or bike ride.

We really enjoyed sitting in the master suite, with a fire raging in the fireplace, while we read and gazed out the windows, with the highlight being 'holed' up during hurricane Noel watching the drama outside while we were safe and comfortable inside.

The layout is perfect. We had a couple of guests for a day or two, and they each had a bedroom and bath on separate floors from us....this allowed ample privacy and solitude. Another treat was the convection oven which provided us more than one comforting meal!

Chuck and Ray were great hosts and we look forward to many repeat visits.

Everything about this home is perfect and just as described. The house is spacious, the master bedroom (or master floor) is terrific as are the other bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and the pool is both large and private. What a great place and terrific owners. We look forward to coming back.

Fabulous House In Provincetown!

We stayed at Ray & Chucks for a week in June 2008, everything was perfect, I really cannot rate this house (or the helpful owners!) highly enough.
Decor and furnishings were top notch and the location was great with everything a short walk or bike ride away meaning no getting stuck trying to park up in Provincetown!
Fingers crossed we will be back next year.

High Quality Home

This was our first visit to P'Town and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This home is exceptionally well-equiped and very comfortable. We were 2 families travelling together and it was not crowded even with maximum occupancy (8). It provided a quiet haven from the busy atmosphere in high season but was close to all enough to get anywhere quickly. Hint - rent bikes from the bike barn close by, avoid parking hassles in town and help save the planet! We ran out of time before running out of things to do. The owners and agents are friendly, efficient and helpful. No problem booking from the UK. Thanks :)
