Pochet Association maintains its own private parking area and direct access (via a romantic footbridge thru the dunes) to Nauset Beach, known locally as the Gold Coast of Cape Cod. Swim or walk for miles or just sunbathe or relax on the most sought-after beach on the Lower Cape. Walk 0.3 miles to the footbridge or drive a few minutes. Or launch your kayaks on the waters of Pochet Inlet connecting to Pleasant Bay, right from your driveway.

What a wonderful place!

This is a wonderful place! The view is spectacular, the home very comfortable and well appointed, the grounds lovely and landscaped. We stayed there with another family - and the set up was perfect - our family upstairs, their family downstairs. The private association beach is beautiful and never crowded. The hosts are warm, helpful and accommodating. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place.
