Rent this 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath Dutch colonial that's within 50 yards of Waqouit Bay! This very private, peaceful year-round home features fantastic views of Waqouit Bay. Enjoy the view from the front porch while you enjoy the conversation, play cards or just relax. A large yard for cookouts and backyard activities. Clam in the bay...or use our canoe. Our backyard is fenced-in making it ideal for small children or your pet. The yard and home is well-cared for and comfortable for our guests.

Nearest beach:   Beach at 2.0 Miles
Car: necessary

Bring your boat or kayak or use our canoe in Waqouit Bay (1/8 mile to landing from driveway) and take very short trip to beautiful sandy Washburn Island! Walk over to the bay beach area and sit in the beautiful surroundings, swim in bay, or clam drive 5-15 minutes to great golf courses; drive to other Cape beaches; take your bikes on the many bike trails; go to the many great restaurants, theatres, shopping in the Falmouth/ Mashpee area; take the Island Queen or Woods Hole ferries to Martha's Vineyard for the day. Go to the Hyannis, Provincetown or Chatham..... the list is endless.
