Ridgeway Place Cottage is located 3 miles from Cherokee in a desirable horse community that also hosts Cherokee's new Sequoya National Golf Course. Nestled on a gentle hilltop with excellent paved access. Hot tub, screened porch, fireplace, AC, jacuzzi tub. Large back deck hosts cozy private hot tub, perfect for stargazing. Nice deck furniture provides comfortable seating for relaxing. Sunsets may be taken in from the fully screened front porch complete with rocking chairs and ceiling fan - the perfect solution for warm summer evenings! Each bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. Antique furniture and floor to ceiling windows add to the charm of these bedrooms. The bathroom has a deep jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower with lots of elbow room. Plenty of towels are stacked in the linen shelves. Fully equipped modern kitchen is ready for you to use. The floors are oak hardwood and the cabinets are hickory. All appliances are newer and very clean. Ideal Location

Convenient to your location you'll discover Cherokee, NC located just 5 minutes away. Enjoy the new Sequoia National Golf Course (SEP09) a mile away or try your luck at Harrah's Casino. Visit the living museum at the Oconaluftee Indian Village, the Cherokee Heritage Museum, or enjoy the historical drama 'Unto These Hills.' Ten minutes away is the quaint town of Dillsboro where you will find pottery galleries, hand blown glass, collectibles, and crafts. Train excursions on the Great Smoky Mountains Railway run daily. The Biltmore House; Asheville, NC; and Gatlinburg, TN are a scenic 45 mile drive away. The adventurous at heart can find rafting, kayaking, and tubing. Hiking trails are plentiful in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Golf courses are nearby and snow skiing is available at three local resorts: Cataloochee in Maggie Valley; Sapphire Valley in Cashiers, or Ober Gatlinburg in Gatlinburg, TN. Of course, there is plenty of fishing and mountain biking.

In a wonderful convenient location: There are no hotels, gas stations, or businesses surrounding the cottage. We are close to all the areas activities. The cottage is single level, no steps, paved access, and covered parking. Easily accessible year round.

Cancellation policy:: If you cancel one month in advance your full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than one months notice, your deposit will be forfeited unless we rent the same dates / rate as you had reserved. No exceptions.

My mom, cousin, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in a great location relative to great shopping and restaurants. Room size, design, and decor exceeded expectations. Great privacy, view, and amenities.

The accommodations were top notch, warm and inviting. No details were overlooked. Was truly a home away from home.

We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Cherokee or the surrounding areas.
