Kinmylies Farmhouse is a traditional 2 bedroom highland farmhouse built in 1905 using local stone. It sits within a pleasant residential area with easy access to local shops and amenities. It is within easy walking distance of Torvean golf course, Muirtown basin, the Caledonian Canal and the Great Glen Way.
About Graham

I grew up in Inverness and my mother, Margaret, who manages our properties, still lives in the city. We also own and run Bellfield Cottage, which we have been renting out as a holiday home for 5 years.

The house is central enough to allow easy access to the city centre amenities and also offer easy access to some of the best walks in the area. These include the Caledonian Canal, the Great Glen Way and forest walks in Craig Dunain.

  • The house is available for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. 50% deposit required to secure booking with balance payable 4 weeks before your stay along with a returnable £200 deposit against any breakages.

    Payment can be made by UK cheque, bank transfer or PayPal (5% surcharge to cover PayPal costs)

    Please take out adequate cancellation insurance as rental payments are not refundable.

The Farmhouse is very comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for couples or a family of up to 5 people. Nicely furnished and a very well equipped kitchen! There's a lovely enclosed back garden, should be ideal for barbecues when the weather warms up a bit! It's an excellent base for exploring the area, and there's easy parking right outside in the quiet street. The owner (Graham) was very friendly and helpful. There's a local shop just over the road for essentials. The Clachnaharry Inn is a 20 minute walk, well worth it for the warm welcome there! All in all highly recommended.

Comfortable accommodation - inside and out. Easy access to centre of town and wonderful walks. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Inverness!
