The house is situated on 2.5 beautiful acres with pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and basketball court. The backyard is surrounded with an abundance of trees and plants. This house is extremely versatile and is ideal for accommodating large parties for the following purposes: Family reunions, family vacations (for a single family or even four), corporate rentals (retreat-sales/training boot camp, employee benefits, client benefits), and all of your other special occasions (retirement party, bachelor party, birthday party, graduation party). Outdoor: pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, full court basketball, shower, gas grill (BBQ), stereo system and lights for nights play. Indoor: 60 inch screen TV, stereo system, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided.

The house is located 5 minutes from the Village of Sag Harbor. The shopping, restaurants, and its views are desirable for any age. A bay beach is 3 minutes away. You can rent boats, kayaks, and even a sail boat for the right price. The fishing is great and is located 45 minutes from Montauk). Nightlife: Jet East, Star Room, Roccos a la Playa, La Supernica, and all of the other Sag bars. You have the opportunity to rub elbows with the rich and the famous.
