Private home on secluded hill overlooking 10 mile scenic view including lakes, woods and rolling fields and meadows and surrounding hills. Perfect place for relaxing and absorbing the blessings of nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on front or back decks. Located in small family oriented community. Books on the shelves, wood for the fireplace- you don't need to bring anything but food! Completely furnished and includes all utilities, phone, Cable TV and wireless internet. Almost 3,000 sq. ft. of living space!!

From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home! The house was more than spacious. We all had more than enough room & it had everything we could possibly need. We even entertained family a one night with BBQ and and another night with a sit down meal at the huge dining room table. We also had a front seat view to all the wildlife right outside the windows. Very clean! Very comfortable! Beautifully decorated! Spectacular view! What more can we say...it was perfect!

The house is very nice and well furnished. We have extensively used it for cooking (breakfast, diner) - thus there is no reason for eating-out. It is suited for teenagers (we have three) that would like to have their own bedroom (and TV of course). With a car it is comfortable to visit Syracuse and the Finger Lakes district. I would definitly recommend this property to a friend and would like to rent again when having the chance to come back to this area.
You can really see that the owner is living in this property when it is not occupied by guests.
