The beautiful farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land with a well-maintained lawn and panoramic views across the Umbrian countryside.

There are olive and oak trees and a few meters away and the swimming pool is situated above the property with great views.

The layout of the property is ideal for a group of friends or extended family, with the ground floor and the first floor offering independent access and units.

It is possible to rent the entire property for between 9 to 14 guests.
