The apartment is situated in Beyoglu/Pera.You are 2 min in Taksim, few seconds in Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. Very close by foot, bus or tram to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.The Beyoglu district is since the 19. century the heart of Istanbul. It is one of the most colourful urban neighbourhoods with art galleries, shops, restaurants, theatres and unique night life, where also the main intellectual and cultural life has its centre. Although the flat is in down town, it is It is still silent. The 80 M2 flat has an exclusive design and is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It is on the first floor of the house. You have 4 steps only. There is enough place for 6 persons.The living room can be changed with a very comfortable sofa bed to a bedroom.The kitchen is well equipped. It suits for longer staying.

Tolle Wohnung! Auf jedenfall sehr empfehlenswert.

Sophia hat auf und in der Wohnung gewartet. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie in den Bildern, eigentlich grösser und viel heller. Alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In ein paar Schritten ist man auf der grossen berühmten Istiklal Meile, von da aus kann man eigentlich alles zu Fuss erreichen. Man hat im Haus nette türkische Nachbarn. Für mich war das wichtig, da ich nicht mit Touristen ein Haus teilen wollte, da hatte ich ja auch ins Hotel gehen können...Kurz wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können auf jedenfalls die Wohnung weiterempfehlen...

Es ist eine verführerisch schöne Wohnung. Alles ist sehr sauber und neuwertig. Das Haus ein toller Altbau. Eine grosse Küche und Badezimmer mit allem was eine Familie so braucht...
Was uns aber mehr erstaunt hat ist die Lage der Wohnung. Wir brauchten kaum Verkehrsmittel. Man ist einfach mittendrin und kann überall zu Fuss gehen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele tolle cafes wo man draussen sitzen kann. An der Ecke mehrere Tante Emma Läden, die tief bis in die Nacht aufhaben. Vor allem wo man auch mal Wein und Bier bekommt, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist haben wir gemerkt. Die Wohnung ist aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Sie hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl unser Flug eine erhebliche Verspätung hatte. Wir danken ihr dafür nochmal.....

YOU ARE REALLY AT THE CENTER, BEAUT?FUL HOUSE

The Irini-House is a beautiful designed flat in a really very trendy district. Everything in the flat looks new and exactly like in the photos.

?t has enough space for 6 people, a kitchen with all things what you need for cooking, which was important for us.
The beds are very comfortable, it has a big bathroom. And at the corner a shop where you can buy everything what you need, even in the night.

We were in the beginning of march there for a week and enjoyed our time very much.

From the flat everything is in walking distance. You are really in the center of the town. Also we felt always very safe in the district of the flat.

The owner Sophia was kind and helpful with everything what we needed.
