The apartment is newly renovated and furnished with new furniture, is located in a prestigious building with granite stairs and elevator.

E 'consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an elegant living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a living room with kitchenette.

The apartment allows a comfortable stay for two or four people, both for tourism and for business reasons.

The area is centrally located, just outside the gates of the ZTL (limited traffic zone of the historic center.) Then you can reach the apartment by car without the need for special permits.

The bus stop can reach Piazza Venezia and the Termini station (main train station), where you will find the terminus of the main bus lines and the metro station.

The area is equipped with all the services and amenities: laundry, bar the supermarket and garage are right next to the front door of the building. Immediately accessible are the MACRO (Museum of Modern Art), pharmacy, gym, market, cinemas, pizzerias, restaurants and pubs.

For those who enjoy walking in the parks, Villa Torlonia is within walking distance.
