Spacious, sunny home located on a private gravel road with bay beach access.

Upstairs: open living, dining and kitchen space with large deck with spectacular sunset views. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen. Enclosed den with TV/VCR/DVD, also serves as extra bedroom with sleep sofa and full bath.

Downstairs: large master bedroom with queen bed and private entrance, bath with jacuzzi. Three smaller bedrooms with shared full bath. Laundry room, access to ground level deck.

Outside: garden level deck that's sunny in the morning but shady in the afternoon, with picnic table, barbecue grills (gas and charcoal), hammock, lounge chairs, outside shower. Grassy lawn area.
