It is located in a quiet park-like setting, yet is just one-half mile from all the action on the 'BOULEVARD' (South Colorado Boulevard at Cherry Creek South Drive) and just a heartbeat from Colfax and downtown. It is easily accessible to all the attractions that Denver and Glendale have to offer. It is great area for families with children, grandparents, young couples, and mature singles. It is located within easy access to the Convention Center and the upscale Cherry Creek Mall via car, cab, bus, lightrail, or for you energetic folks, the bike trail. It is conveniently located near many shops, bookstores, restaurants, pubs, clubs and other amenities on the 'Boulevard' without going downtown. Residents and visitors to this area also enjoy the many parks and open space such as the Cherry Creek Trail that is popular with walkers, bikers and skateboarders.

This Condo is literally a “stones throw” away from the border of the Village of Glendale, which is known as the “Heartbeat” of Denver. Our neighbor, Glendale, is a unique City of just 4,527 residents completely surrounded by the City and County of Denver. Glendale’s 355 acres is a part of Arapahoe County and is a high-density community, with nearly 100 percent of the population living in multi-family dwellings. During regular business hours, Glendale’s population increases by approximately 12,000 people who are employed by the more than 300 businesses. This great central location offers easy access to exciting retail and entertainment opportunities in both Denver and Glendale alike. There are several major retailers nearby such as Home Depot, Target, Office Depot and Barnes & Noble. Many restaurants, both locally owned and national chains, offer everything from drive-thru service to fine dining in the immediate area. Enjoy the quiet at the condo after a busy day.

Centrally located in the beautiful Cherry Creek neighborhood, just a block or two from the Bull & Bush Pub - a MUST STOP! This cozy condo offered the perfect venue for our Thanksgiving dinner! The bedrooms are upstairs which provided valuable privacy when needed. We highly recommend this property!

Mary's condo was perfect for our stay! The location is excellent - close to downtown and Cherry Creek shopping as well as nearby conveniences (grocery, movie rental, chinese carry out, etc.). We (parents, teenager, and 10 year old) arrived the day after a major blizzard in Denver and had absolutely no problem getting to the condo with a rental car - streets and condo parking were cleared. The condo is very well maintained and Mary has a stash of brochures for local attractions if you are looking for something to do. We were pretty much out all day and only returned to the condo to watch a late night movie (Blockbuster nearby) and sleep. I would definitely recommend Mary's condo to others!

Stayed for 4th of July 2008

When we first drove up we were kind of scared. We had to drive thru a bad patch to get there. Once there though it was nice and quite. There'a a great Chicago pizza, 24hrs Longs, Chinese and burger joint 3 min's away. Also one of the best pub's in Denver right around the corner 5 min walk next to the park. The people were friendly at the poolside. There's also a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers. We watched the fireworks from the park across the street. We went for a softball tourney the girls had a blast. We even invited the team to come over and swin and BBQ. There's two grills next to the pool Speaking of grills the condo came with one on the balcony:). Was perfect for us $$$$$. Two beds and a sofa bed in the living rm. Way better than spending all that money on a hotel.

Denver Condo a Hit!

This was the best place we've rented! Even though the complex looks a little worn, the condo itself was in great condition. The place was quiet, clean and all amenities were in working order. We love the combination door lock--no keys!
It was nice to have the two levels and the second bedroom was just perfect for our almost-teenager...so was the pool with it's 9' deep end. The owner is super nice and easy to work with. She even sent her son to help us get the cable working again while we were there.
The location was handy for sightseeing, as it's just a couple miles from downtown, city park, Cherry Creek Mall and close to several major arteries.
I would definitely stay there again and/or recommend it to a friend.
