Charming Cape Cod cottage on quiet street with large fenced-in yard. The house is one block from a small association beach, a perfect swimming spot for small children, and one block from deep water access to Nantucket Sound. Also nearby are canoe and kayak rentals. It's a short paddle to Washburn Island, a nature preserve with wooded and marshland hiking trails and secluded beaches. A bike route along the Sound is only a short ride away offering views of Martha's Vineyard. The cottage has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, a large family room (sleeps 6), All amenities including ceiling fans in both bedrooms, outdoor patio, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hairdryer, microwave, gas grill, cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, fireplace, outdoor shower, picnic table with umbrella, lawn furniture and lounge chair.
