3 bedroom, 3 en suite bathroom, in private gardens, opening onto the beach.

This luxurious, spacious townhouse has a very large lounge with quality seating, a big, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, with sliding patio doors opening directly onto a private terrace leading to the garden. This area has ample patio furniture and a gas BBQ. It also has access to the communal gardens and pool. (Shared with just 4 other properties). These gardens also give access to the beach and beach front promenade.

There is a dining area with seating for 6 people on a split level from the lounge, giving good views of the garden.

The luxurious kitchen is fitted with top quality German appliances, Bosch oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There are ample fitted kitchen units and marble work surfaces. The separate utility area, directly off the kitchen, houses a washing machine and Condenser dryer.

Also on this level is a guest toilet and wash basin.

The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed with plenty of built in wardrobe space, including a safe. The ensuite bathroom for this bedroom comprises of a bath with shower attachment over, a double wash basin unit, a toilet and bidet. This bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the beach, with uninterrupted sea views and views of the African coast.

The second bedroom benefits from 2 single beds and a small terrace. The ensuite bathroom to this bedroom consists of a bath with shower over, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

The third bedroom is very spacious,has a double bed, flat screen TV, two very comfortable reclining arm chairs and ample room for an additional bed, should this be required. The en suite bathroom consists of a walk in shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.

The property is fully air conditioned and each bathroom is provided with a hair dryer.

As this property is one of just 5 townhouses sharing the pool and communal gardens, it has the feel of a private villa, and with all its features, comforts and direct access to one of the best beaches in the area, it can only be described as an ideal venue for a perfect beach front holiday.

Beautiful townhouse with sea view

We rented this house for 2 weeks in August 2013. It is in a quiet and safe area and is a really lovely house to stay in, with a nice sized private garden and a big communal garden that gives directly on to the beach (there is a gate that lets you directly out on to the path by the beach).
You can see the sea from the private garden, from the first floor balconies and listen to the waves at night.
The private pool is a very good sized pool and we only shared it with one other family.
The house is lovely and comfortable. There are three bedrooms: two on the first-floor (master bedroom and one with twin beds) and one in the basement, basically the garage converted in to a bedroom. All have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is definitely the nicest room and the only one with sea view. If you look at the photos you will see that the house actually has a second-floor but this room is off-bounds, reserved for the owner’s use.
There are a couple of supermarkets not too far off, on the other side of the motorway and a soft-play area for kids. There are two “chiringuitos” (beach restaurants) right next to the house if you don’t really fancy cooking with live music (but not every night). I also recommend the restaurant Tanino, a bit further down the motorway. Puerto Banus is only a few miles down the road.
I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxed beach holiday, it would be good for three couples (although you would have to take turns for the master bedroom) or a family.

This beach-front town house is situated just a short distance from the jet setting marina of Puerto Banus, the up-market town of Marbella, or, should you prefer a more Spanish feel than international, the old Spanish town of Estepona, with its fishing port and marina, is just a short distance in the opposite direction. A stroll around the exclusive yachts in Puerto Banus is an experience. Similarly, the old town of Marbella, during an evening, with its boutiques, individual shops and upmarket jewellers, but these do not detract from the sheer beauty of the old town area, with narrow,cobbled streets, attractive squares and orange trees. A stroll along the sea front, with its amazing beaches is another 'must'.

Estepona, also a lovely town with its pedestrianized shopping areas and old square, is reminiscent of 'real Spain' , whilst the marina has an abundance of bars, restaurants and night life. Aside from enjoying the private gardens, pool and beach of this townhouse, we would recommend a visit to Gibraltar to enjoy dolphin and whale watching and to visit the top of the Rock to see the apes. Also to note is Europa point, the most southerly point of Europe and the wonderful Botanical gardens. Also, there is Duty Free Shopping on Gibraltar.

We, as local residents, always enjoy to travel by train from the coast to the beautiful inland town of Ronda. This journey was featured in a BBC TV series as being one of the top 5 train journeys in the world. It costs just 7.5 euros each way and the scenery is truly spectacular, as is the old town itself, with its gorge, the oldest bull ring in the world and wonderful pedestrianized streets of shops.

The Alhambra Palace at Granada is a listed world heritage site and is an easy drive from the property, being motorway from door to door. However, we would recommend that you book entrance tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, as entry numbers are limited. The town of Granada is also worthy of a visit and not to be missed if you are in the area.

There are, within a 30 minute drive, over 70 golf courses catering for all degrees of skill. We would recommend Casares Golf for the casual golfer and Valderrama and Finca Cortesin for those that enjoy a challenge.

As the Costa del Sol enjoys a better sunshine record than California, the majority of people stay local to the coast, but there are many additional visits that we enjoy. Should you choose to stay at one of our properties, we shall be pleased to discuss additional visits with you.
