Classic Country Manor Tucked Away On A Magnificent Lake Erie Front Lot Along Madison's "Gold Coast".

Ten rooms totaling 3400 square feet with three full and two half bathrooms. A 27 by 17 living room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and Lake Erie views is open to the huge sunroom with panoramic Lake Erie views. An elegant formal dining room with picture window views to lake opens to the Williamsburg-style family room with fireplace. Nice dine-in kitchen with lots of cabinets and counters with Lake Erie views. Five bedrooms on the second level, three with Lake Erie views. Large deck looking over Lake Erie and the Beach.

Wonderful Family Reunion Location

We just came back from our week stay with our family for a reunion vacation. We so enjoyed this home and location, it felt very right for family. I can still hear the sound of Lake Erie when I wake up every morning. Tons of day trips to take. We ran out of time to do it all; Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Geneva-on-the-Lake boardwalk and Cleveland zoo, to name a few. The family is already talking about next year which has not been decided on yet. But this location is number one on the list if we have another reunion next year. The sunsets are stunning, I have been to the Caribean several times and the sunsets here are much better. Thank you for making memories for our family.
