Our free-standing villa has been professionally decorated and elegantly appointed with fine furnishings to capture the warm comfortable essence of the desert Southwest and it's surroundings.
Our spacious, airy, 2,310 square feet of open space luxury with high pitched ceilings, wooden vegas and skylights offer a wonderful complement to our desert wildlife and the coyotes that serenade you almost every evening.
The large master bedroom with high vega ceilings has a king bed, large walk-in closet, plasma flat screen TV, MP3 player, new carpeting, reading lounger, stunning and spacious master bathroom with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and private entrance onto the patio.
The spacious second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into twin singles, large walk-in closet, LCD flat screen TV, MP3 player along with a beautiful granite counter tops and private bath.
Additionally, there is a large private den/study with a door off the entertainment center area that can also be used as a third bedroom if you choose with plenty of room for a roll away bed that can be requested free of charge. This room is also has an LDC flat screen TV and phone.
Our villa has pretty mountain views from the back patio. If you want to show off your cooking skills, there is an outdoor gas grill when you want to relax and stay home along with brand new patio furniture.
For relaxing after a round of golf or a hike in the desert our villa has a fabulous entertainment area that seats seven people along with a 40 inch Panasonic HD plasma TV to catch the latest sporting events, built in stereo with wall speakers, CD and DVD player. Also included is free wireless highspeed internet.
For cozying up to the fireplace there is separate living room area that opens up to the gracious, well equipped kitchen that has granite counters and top of the line premium brand new stainless steel GE Profile appliances along with all the upscale housewares you could need.
Renting our villa allows you to access all The Boulders World Class amenities including golf on the two desert Championship courses at The Boulders, tennis, The Golden Door Spa and many other on premise activities. You can also dine at some of the finest restaurants in the country at The Boulders that have received numerous awards including AAA Five Diamond Award, Bon Appetit Top 12 Romantic Hotels in the US, Gourmet's #1 Hotel in the Southwest and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
Our villa's location allows you to walk to the clubhouse and resort. A lovely pool and hot tub are only a one minute stroll from our villa along with two more pools by the resort you have access to. There is wonderful shopping at El Pedregal and nearby in Carefree and Cave Creek and you are only 10 minutes from North Scottsdale. Carefree and Cave Creek also have many excellent dining options no matter what your taste including Harolds, The Satisfied Frog, The Horny Toad, Buffalo Chip Saloon, Tonto Bar and Grill and Cartwrights just to name a few.
