Sleeping Up To 12 People, In 5 Bedrooms With 4 Bathrooms And Mountain Views

Lounge with oak floors and log burner, smart TV, leading into dining room with solid oak table and seating for 10. Large modern kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2 people, with all the electrical appliances, dishwasher, range cooker and microwave, utility room with washer and dryer, boot room and garage for storage. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with the added benefit of a walk in shower room opposite. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor and oil central heating on the first floor. The layout of bedrooms are 4 upstairs , 2 double rooms one en-suite with a spa bath, both having 5ft beds and 3rd bedroom is a twin. The double and twin share a bathroom. Above the garage there is the 4th bedroom this is a twin and they have their own walk in shower/ bathroom room. On the 1st floor the house also has a 2nd lounge with is south facing and in that room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Large garden, plenty of parking.

A very impressive property both inside & out.

Fantastic location,with amazing scenery,ideally positioned to access Fort William,shops,& a brilliant base for touring the west coast as a whole.

The house is superbly laid out with beautifully decorated rooms with high quality fixtures & fittings. The property is immaculately clean, it it far more splendid than the photo's show.

It is spacious, comfortable,well equipped, with everything needed for a large group sharing accommodation.
The owners were extremely pleasant & very helpful.

This property is exceptionally good value for money.
Having now actually seen it & stayed there we would have expected to have paid more for a week in such a wonderful house.

We would certainly highly recommend this property to others with no hesitation what so ever.

We had a fantastic week at this property it was very clean and spacious, the house had everything you could ask for inside and out , we had three children under four they loved it lots of room for them to run around . Would definitely recommend this house .

Loch Eil Lodge

Beautifully situated overlooking the shores of Loch Eil and the West Highland Railway line, and an easy drive to Fort William. Close by walking/running trails and secure against midges!
We were very lucky with the weather whilst we stayed there but notwithstanding that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and well equipped holiday property. As we used it as a meeting point for many family members it suited us very well to have as much usable space.
Probably the only trifling thing to mention was that we struggled to find a sharp knife!! I hesitate to write it but you might like to know!
Thanks very much for the use of this fantastic place and hope your knee(?) has recovered.

Well worth the price!

When we first arrived, we were dismayed that the house appeared to be in a development and lacked privacy. However, it was nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The wood floors and heavy solid oak doors suggested top quality.
It was the perfect location from which to base our day trips and every evening we hunkered down by the fire and watched the beautiful view while sipping our single-malt scotch. I highly recommend this house for those who want to explore the Western Highlands. The owners clearly are very particular.

The property had everything that was listed. The property is in a beautiful quiet location and has a great layout inside.Very spacious inside. It is beautifully decorated and very very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The owner provided brilliant customer service and are very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

Take the steam train (hoggwarts express) to Malliag from Fort William for the day, or take a ferry to island hop and visit the many different islands around. Try out the new adventure high wire at the nevis range or take a stroll along the many walks in the area. Visit out sandy beaches at Morar or Arisaig. Watch the many boats go up and down the lochs in the Caledonian canal. There are over 50 munros in the area, for you to try to climb, or try climbing Ben Nevis in Fort William the highest mountain in the UK.
