Well organized home with partial Town, Mountain, Water, and sunset views

Spectacular in-town location adjacent to Camden's beautiful Harbor, close to Harbor Park, the library, shops, restaurants the mountain, waterfalls, yet you can sit on the deck and enjoy a quiet beautiful back yard and woods. Very comfortable, well equipped and cared for family home. First floor.. front entry hall, back entry coat room with washer /dryer, open kitchen with bay window, sunny breakfast sitting area, dining room with beautiful round table, half bath, library with wireless internet access, and living room with HD TV. Second floor....Hall way connecting two bedrooms looking over back yard and one bedroom in front of house, a large full bath (shower and claw foot tub).

Some doings about town: 'Today we packed our lunch and hiked up Mt. Battie. We could see Mt. Cadilac to Monhegan. so inspiring.' Dave

'There was a lobster crate race in the in Harbor. A little boy named Cedar won ran back and forth over a hundred times.

'There was a gorgeous breeze today, So we signed up for a day sail on Surprise. We saw the light house.

Tomorrow we will kayak to the light house. i hear the island is beautiful and open to the public. Allyson

there was a great concert in the park ,just a hop and skip away.

Day trips: Vinalhaven.....North Haven.....Take a Ferry out of Rockland..

Drive to Mt .Desert

Go aboard a Lobster boat to learn about lobstering first hand.

Go swimming up at the lake...sandy beach.

Visit the local winery

Take one of many day hikes up at the state park.

About Dee dee Conover

I am a retired widow and live here in Camden fall, winter and spring...in the summer I move with my family to the keepers house on Curtis Island to take care of the Island and the light house. I have grown up sailing on Penobscot Bay, My family,4 grown children and grand children, all live in Camden. We lived many summers on a sailboat sailing the coast of Maine and beyond. We are avid skiers, hikers, and love being in the outdoors

I love this house and the location...i can walk to the village, row my boat to Curtis island, see the sunsets from my kitchen window, look across the harbor to Harbor Park and yet be very quiet in my back yard. It really is the best location......
