Our location keep you close to the mountains and out of the traffic of N Conway! Great restaurants are nearby and condo has a full kitchen for eating in. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the golf course and Attitash mountain. The open floor plan and cathedral ceilings make this condo very comfortable. We have cable TV as well as a VCR and a DVD in the living room. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and a breakfast bar as well as a brand new refrigerator and range. Dining table seats up to eight. Sectional sofa in living room for TV viewing or sitting by a fire. There are additional TVs/VCR in two of the bedrooms. New pillow top mattresses for your comfort!!

In warm weather, our location is a perfect location since it is across the street from Storyland and Heritage NH. You can practice your 'short game' of golf on-site (9 hole par 3 course)or play one of the many other scenic golf courses in the Mount Washington Valley area. Attitash mountain offers a water park, alpine slide, and mountain biking in the summer/fall months. Black Mountain offers horseback riding in spring, summer, and fall. Our property has Ellis river frontage, perfect for a refreshing swim or fishing. There are many mapped hiking trails locally.A great place for families to relax during a busy vacation in the North Conway area. In the winter, Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, and Black Mountain ski areas are minutes away. Bretton Woods is about 20 minutes away. You can cross country ski around the golf course or the many trails found locally. Sleigh rides and outdoor skating are minutes away at Nestlenook Farm. Snowmobile rentals are available nearby.

Notes: 4 bedrooms have a total of 4 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds. We also have a sleep sofa in the living room. Our spacious balcony has comfortable Adirondack-style chairs for comfort while reading your favorite book or just admiring the view of our country club and Attitash Mountain in the distance. We also have a dinette set on the balcony for outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator and range offers an opportunity to prepare meals at our home (although many great restaurants offer take out!). Dining table can accommodate 8 comfortably, 4 additional seats at our breakfast bar. Since we are members of the private country club, our guests may use the facilities for a nominal fee ($25 for 3 days or $35 for a week for the Entire party using our condo). Facilities include a great outdoor pool and tennis courts. Golfers are welcome to unlimited golf for $15 per day!!

Layout of condo: Main level- Living room/ dining area/ kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plush pillowtop queen in each), full bath. Upper level- 2 bedrooms (each with 1 queen and 1 twin bed) and a full bath.

Local area: Jackson village is close by. Scenic Covered bridge, Jackson Falls, village shopping and great restaurants. North Conway is a quick drive with hundreds of shopping outlets as well as excellent local restaurants. Water slides, Mount Washington, horseback riding, as well as Storyland are all in the surrounding area. Santa's Village and Six Gun City are a scenic drive away (about 1 hour).

Nature to visit: Waterfalls and beautiful mountain views are the best part of New Hampshire...and they are free. Take time to hike a trail or find a waterfall. There are many easily hiked trails for young families as well as more complex trail systems for experts. Local ranger stations have trail maps and other information ready to hand out.

Other Activities: Storyland is across the street and Attitash summer recreation is a 2 minute drive!

We had a great time here! So much to do. Went hiking to the top of Mt washington. Everywhere you look there are views of mountains in thier spectacular color. Went in to town,the condo was close to everthing (shops,eating,ski resorts). I learn how to use the back roads to avoid the traffic areas! The rental suited us for our family needs(we had senior parents and kids) spacious and worked out very well for all of us. Looking foward to coming up again and renting from the Higgins family,who were very accomedating to us.
